I think lots of people recommended the Bobbi Brown one. I use it and like it.

Is it Urban Decay 24/7 concealer?

It was recommended to me instead of touche eclat.

It is £10 and has great reviews.

Yep, it's the By Terry version ... it's wonderful!

Thank you all. I am forming quite big bags under my eyes (I'm 41) and am desperate to stop/conceal them. I've gone for the Garnier caffeine roll-on thing and now the By Terry concealer will be next.
