Looking for some 3/4 or tall boots that are feminine / dressy-ish, but not too high. Something I can wear with skinnies and look like I've made an effort without looking muttonous. Nothing black. That is all.
Is it too much to ask? 
Every boot I see either screams 'fuck me!', or is clumpy and practical.Help, please!
