Any recs for handcream - or anything else?

I'm desperate - can barely type, they're so cracked and bleeding.

Thanks for all the advice and recommendations, folks.

Following on from some suggestions on here, I've been using gentle soap rather than the usual antibacterial handwash, and slathering on sudocrem and Lansinoh on the cracked bits and cotton gloves overnight (thought I'd try products I already had before splashing out on anything new). My hands are far, far better already. Result!

So - I have already recommended the Neutrogena Norwegian Formula, but I was walking past the Body Shop and couldn't resist trying the Hemp Cream after the reviews here, and it's really good! I might even think it's better than the Neutrogena. Unexpected but really good!

I love Eucerin lotion, its the only thing that has worked on my rough, dry skin. I'm lucky because I do some work with them and they let me try a variety of their products. I find it works best to lather up right after my shower when my skin is still damp. It isn't greasy and you can actually feel your skin absorbing it. They even have a special product (Aquaphor Healing Ointment) for dry, cracked, and irritated skin and its also safe for sensitive skin. Let me know if this has helped you!
