beauty treatments when pg???

I've just found out that i'm 6 weeks pregnant with dc2 and can't remember any of the do's and don't from last time!

I'm due to have a new set of eyelash extensions on saturday - don't want to ask my therapist as she's a friend and I'm keeping it quiet atm but is it ok? I've googled it and got mixed results.

Same with my acrylic nails. Coming up to xmas I don't really want to take them off yet but not sure about the fumes from the drilling.

With my 2nd I did everything as normal.
Depending on where you go for your nails, I think the small would make me barf esp if the shop was small.
I had highlights too, which I was scared to do with DD1.

I'm sure eyelashes would be fine.
