it's black tie, but doesn't have to be too formal. which is a good job cause i'm not naturally suited to formal.

i think in black with some sort of bling bib necklace.

had just assumed in camel cause i'm very pale and don't look so good in black. but i get what you're saying. never heard of a bib necklace... off to google...
