Question about the north face artic parka for all you experts

I posted earlier as am looking for a winter waterproof coat for my partner. I have looked at loads and I want the north face artic parka (along with everyone else it seems).....I know that getting my hands on one will be a challenge in itself but firstly.....can anyone tell me..... my partner is a size 18, 5 foot 6, hourglass shape....will the XL fit her....I have looked at the size guides but have no idea about her measurements in inches.

I would say so. I am a size 8- 10 and have the M but bought it when I was heavily pregnant .. was more like a size 14 after baby born and it was fine. So for size 18 XL sounds bang on the money.
