Hi all,
Since i had dd, my shopping routine changed a lot, I used to try in the shop but now i have no time, for example 1st with pushchair ,2nd with baby crying or wanting attention and more.
So when i go shopping i buy what i like and i think will fit me, so i try at home in my space.
If i dont like it i will return, if doesnt fit me ill exchange.
But some shop assistants in M&S, Monsoon get very strange, if i was doing something not allowed to, it really upsets me. Surely i don`t look like that bad, i have the item in perfect condition in the shopping bag with tags and wrap, and i have my receipt and card. Why do they do that??? Its my consumer right isnt it??
When they ask me what was the reason, i explain them all. I do the same at Next and never had trouble, i even get know the girls work there now
Last time i been Monsoon and girl treated me so bad i almost cried.Just to exchange the top, i spent there 30 minutes. She called everybody managers to ask if i could exchange it.
Or am i being oversensitive???
