Party dress for an 11 yr old DD

DD has a Christmas feast at the end of term.

The dress code is smart/evening. And must be below the knee.

Trouble is DD is very tiny so can't wear any adult clothes. But she doesn't want to wear children's clothes either.

Any ideas?

New Look do teen clothes. Next is also good for smart clothes.

I'd like to show DD a wide range in the hope that there will be something she won't want to kill herslef in.
