I've often seen them mentioned on here, but never noticed them anywhere in real life - where would you buy these nude fishnet tights?

Or is it an in joke Blush

Here, apparently - although I completely fail to see the point of them! :)

Oh no sorry you can't actually buy them there but it does prove they exist. Further googling has yielded some lovely crotchless ones on ebay if that helps Shock Wink

I have difficulty imagining them on - surely they would just make legs look bare, but oddly textured?

at the same time, I'm not going bare legged in winter and there are times when opaques would look odd (e.g. weddings)

I always manage to shred sheer tights

Well I have to say I'd just buy 3 pairs of sheer ones and take spares in your bag then! I am no fashion guru but I am thinking NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO to the nude fishnets!

ALittleLemonTwist · 29/11/2010 09:39

I don't understand them either....I have no wish to make my legs look like fish scales! Grin

The micronet is so fine you don't really see that they are fishnet unless very close up. But are really, really hard wearing.

JL, House of Fraser sell them. I normally buy online at mytights or figleaves

Thank you - I will invest in a pair to try.

With ordinary nude tights, you have to try and find the right amount of sheen - not too shiny, and not completely, oddly dull. I can imagine that the micronets would be the ultimate in shinelessness. So more suited to the workplace or weekend than a night out or occasion wear.
