I fear my bob is making me look like a slab faced potato

I'm resembling Dora The Explorer

Not good

i would get the roundness cut out of it but keep the length. in fact... that is exaculty wot i did.

I was very bored with mine too, it was nice but boring. I grew it a bit and have had layers put into it - it looks so much better now.

Can you pin the front back into a bit of an elvis peaky thing (have no idea what the real term is) with a couple of kirby grips, or clip it to the side with pretty things?

theyoungvisiter · 29/11/2010 14:02

can I just say I clicked onto this because I read "how to jazz up a boring hob" and I was intrigued to find out a) what makes a hob boring and b) how one jazzed it up!

Sorry - as you were....

PS Dora is a style icon and I would die for her hair colour.

I have had a bob for a while now and am feeling the same.

Clipping up the front sections with kirby grips is a good suggestion and I wear it like this if I am going out.

I also got a couple of funky head bands that look ok for a change.

I am still comtemplating going for an asymmetric cut if I can pluck up the courage. Have an appointment booked for 9/12.

Have it choppy and use a little prodcut to give it some oomph. Longish side fringe
