oil cleansing- do you mositurise afterwards?

just going to do this now fo rteh first time. do i need to mositurise as normal afterwards?

Not unless your skin feels really tight, and only in areas you need it.

If your skin does feel tight still, you perhaps need to change your blend.

thanks BOF. will give it a whirl and see how i get on. was tehre an adjustment period where your skin was a bit strange for a while or was it fine once you found the right blend?

It's hit and miss for me. I seem to have the right one now, but I'm buggered if I can remember what it is
