Curse you high instep...

I have been searching for boots for ages and finally treated myself to these:
lovely boots
In the flesh they are just the right ratio of chunkiness and height for my massive post birth calves ( thay are always massive tbh). But I can't get the bloody things on, my tall foot simply won't go round the bend Sad Angry Sad

They were to be my post birth treat as i had DD 3 weeks ago and the EMCS I ended up with means I can't get out shopping that much yet due to a lack of transport. Woe is me!

Can anyone suggest similar, possibly with a zip?

I have very wide feet and high insteps (perfect for doing ballet points) and I have these Hush Puppies which seem quite similar, although shorter. They have a zip.

I have high insteps, wear orthotics insoles, have wide feet and chunky calves so I feel your pain. I have had these for a couple of months and they fit brilliantly

Link not working, MrsDinky?

MrsDinky · 27/11/2010 18:15

oh, sorry, Joe Browns links never work. I'd forgotten.

I's at Joebrowns.co.uk, click women's wear, then footwear, then it's the leather strappy boots.
