So am off out to a smart work do, and have a dress (short, black wool, white lace round low neckline, sleeveless; sounds vile, but actually quite pretty), but dont have a clue how one goes about keeping warm without wearing a cardigan.
I always wear cardigans, and always look like a frumpy middle-aged mum. What should I be wearing? Surely not a pashima?
