Can anyone recommend a home fake tan/summer skin type thing?

I have a few "dos" coming up where I'd look a lot better less pale.

Any recommendations for something I can slap on at home that will take away the ghost-like demeanour? Preferably one of the gradual build-up ones, though would consider a fake tan.

Don't have time to go to a salon for one.

St Topez everday - pricey but very good

Which one - the gradual self tan here?, thanks.

For a really natural, gradual one I think Johnsons is good and it's constantly recommended by beauty editors in mags. Start applying soon though everyday until you get the glow you want and then apply every 2-3 days to maintain.

I love St Tropez but wasn't impressed by the gradual version, after 1.5 tubes I'm certain I didn't look any different and gave up on it.

I wouldn't bother with the gradual. And JOhnsons stinks of biscuits. Proper self tan baby!

St tropaz moose great for a night out and washes off quite well next day so you don't look silly during the daylight hours !

Kiehls self tan is very good. Very natural. Don't get that tell-tale extra brown on knees, elbows etc as you do with the others.
