what shoes and tights to go with this dress for christmas party?

I have bought [http://www.photobox.co.uk/album/562580807 this]and am not sure what colour tights, shoes and what sort of top to wear (if any!)I only have one pair of fancy shoes as I am a jeans girl and they are sparkly silver ones.

Should I do nude tights or black tights and should I do black shoes? i can't wear big heels as have knee and back problems so 1.5 inches is the max.

It is the same length all the way round. it is just caught up at the side!

I would wear nude tights (or black opaques, but I understand if you don't like that look), leopardprint kitten heels and a fur shrug.
