Got my Xmas party dress...now need shoes

I bought my xmas party dress (this one) this weekend and am now wondering about shoes.

I swore to myself last year I wasn't going to wear silly shoes that I can't walk in and spend most of the night barefoot...but now it comes to it I can't think what to get instead

Are there such a thing as elegant, glamourous flats?

Whatever you do, don't get the shoes the model has on... I think she's standing on tiptoe
