What other colour to wear with red?

Bought a new raspberry red coat today,as its not a colour I normally wear Im not sure what other colour goes .Black looks a bit harsh,camel/beige doesnt look quite right,I have blonde hair/blue eyes,any ideas?

Navy.

I tried it recently and it looks less harsh.

Navy - cabin crew
Pale blue, brown, charcoal grey, beige, pink , jeans - all work

Thanks:),charcoal grey sounds good,I have grey animal print cashmere scarf/beret but not sure is animal/red is a bit much?

Having sounded off about scarves elsewhere, I'll recant and say a PURPLE scarf would look good.

In my defence, I am not mad about purple or scarves, but it's a shocking counterpoint to the red.
