would a tall ugg fit a fat calf?

and are the ultimate uggs smaller/narrower than the classic?

I am a little hefty of calf and tall Uggs fit me fine.

But is it a good idea? I have fat calfs and would imagine that Uggs would make my legs look fat all the way down.

Or do they disguise a fat calf?
