Anyone seen an orange and off white striped t-shirt?

I am looking for a boys (size 130cm-140cm) round neck t-shirt that is ideally orange and off white striped, or orange and white striped.

This is because my son wants to dress like Phineas from Phineas & Ferb but I can't find one anywhere, would anyone know where I could get one from please?
