They are very nice. I haven't worn DMs in some years but would assume the soles are still the same judging by the pic. Mine were lovely for the winter, good grip on them.

I was told in no uncertain terms on this very website not to buy them but they are ace. They're really warm and look great with skinny jeans.

I also haven't worn DM's in years but I'm trying to track some down. I've decided they're my winter boot of choice! I remember them as good grips, warm and comfortable.

Does anyone know how the sizing comes up? I'm about a 6.5 but depends on the shop. It looks like I'll have to buy online which is a pain.

joni I'm looking at the Blake boots too, I'm a bit torn between the classic 8 holes, the blake, or these beauties.

Bought DM Elena boots recently, am a 6 / 6.5 too and their size 7 fits nicely with toe room to wiggle and put thick socks on
