Opinions on these dresses please!

Last week many of you helped me with my Soho House cocktails/dinner dilemma. I am pretty much sold on wearing black skinny trousers, black sheer blouse and navy sequin shrunken blazer...........however........... :o

Am now thinking of a back up plan.....What do we think to the following (bearing in mind, I am 39 and size 8)

Green one shouldered

blue silk this is similar to the Whistles dress suggested last week but which made me look shrouded in parachute silk as it was so voluminous! This looks a little neater.

Green pleats

bright blue

Would wear any of them with opaques and black patent heels, I think.

3 and 4 aren't nice. I like the blue ones the best.
The red dress is very dull in RL. I saw it today.

I like the blue ones the best too. The thing that struck me about the blue cowl neck one is how miserable the model looks!

I love the sound of the original outfit, but, dresswise, prefer 2nd dress.

I love the first one and the last one. But think you should go with the original outfit anyway, sounds gorgeous, quite edgy.

Yes, I am really quite taken with the idea of trousers and sheer blouse. It is just that last minute wobble. DH prefers the trousers too :)

I will go and try some of those on tomorrow and make final decision.
