Silver Earrings - help needed to find a pair please!

My gran really loves these earrings & I'd love to get her a pair for Christmas.

I've tried googling but can't find any similar ones...any jewewllery experts out there that can suggest a place/website I could get them?

I looked up silver snowdrop earrings in google to find these. not sure they are snowdrops though [consused]
