Can't help, as I've just ordered something myself this morning. Can't imagine it would take a full week though.

On a related note, ordered dress from coast last week, 2pm on Tuesday, was delivered free, to my desk by 1pm the next day, all beautifully wrapped in tissue and proper bag. Tres impressed.
