i am sick of my tummy hanging out my regular pj tops and them straining away under my girth!
last time i got some lovely pjs from blooming marvellous which i loved. sadly one pair did not survive the birth/ hospital/ recovery so i'm down to one.

blooming marvellous have gone bust so i cant look there and i HATE mothercare and their nasty polyester things.

where can i find nice jammies?

fwiw my last ones had a smock type vest top which was ideal as had loads of fabric for growing tummy and was easy to whip a boob out for feeding.

thanks all! :)

WIll follow as I'm on the hunt too.

Having spent loads of time online i haven't found anything good.

I did actually buy some in Mothercare the other day, will get a link in a mo, the trousers i really like, the top is too big in the boob area for now for me (only 18wks).

JustKeepSparkling · 14/11/2010 20:14

these ones, they look much nicer in RL, esp the bottom bit of the trousers.

And they are comfy, and have washed well.

JustKeepSparkling · 14/11/2010 20:25

Found these on the net but a bit pricey for what looks like just 'ok' pjs.

Mercedes519 · 14/11/2010 20:28

I bought a pair in Bravissimo which aren't Maternity but are really good quality jersey so stretched far enough. I love their jammys because the tops have built in bras for us 'larger' ladies and of course pg enhanced busts.

roundthehouses · 14/11/2010 20:31

i like the look of these but no good if comfy or not link

roundthehouses · 14/11/2010 20:32

no good?? i meant no idea if comfy or not..

moragbellingham · 14/11/2010 20:35

Mamas and papas are very stretchy and don't lose their shape. I still wear mine and they fit perfectlyHmm 2 years on.
The nighties are the best with the sleeves I think.

moragbellingham · 14/11/2010 20:38

They do same style diff colours each year. If you don't like grey find out when new colour is coming in.
I had bright turquoise and pink.

GingerGlitterGoddess · 14/11/2010 20:47

I got mine from Mothercare and Next - I actually still wear the bottoms now as they are just cut slightly lower at the front, so I am getting my money's worth!

HollyBollyBooBoo · 15/11/2010 01:17

I bought some cheapo ones from Matalan, super soft cotton and stretchy waist.

soppypreggyloon · 16/11/2010 05:39

thanks all!

had one of those days so sorry for slow response!
the ones you've linked to seem lovely! :)

i like the next black spot ones best as the vest/ camisole looks quite roomy.
is it me or did the model in the m&p one look like the top was straining already even tho her bump wasn't huge yet? Hmm

i bought these when pregnant with dc3. Expensive but they are SO comfy and great for feeding in.

moragbellingham · 16/11/2010 14:13

hmmm, it does definitely stretch over a biggish bump.
But I did notice she has a bra on and I certainly don't look so perky in mine!Grin

OhCobblers · 16/11/2010 22:55

always wore JoJo maman when i was pregnant or went up a size in M&S

katiepotatie · 16/11/2010 22:59

Matalan ones in the soft touch stretchy cotton are fab, just buy a bigger size. Super comfy Smile
