Fossil watches - are they naff?

I need a new watch. I want a nice one to last me for years. Women's watches are SHITE in the main.

I saw one on a Fossil shop yesterday that was ok. Lots of their watches have diamante round the face, and this one didn't. I would not touch those with a bargepole and it made me think that perhaps the brand is a bit like Burberry. (I am avoiding the obvious word here )

So...naff or all right?

No idea if they are naff but mine's lovely - wide brown leather strap with flowers on and a small-ish square face previous version of this I think. I prefer chunkier watches (had a man's one previously) and feel a bit odd with a dainty one.
