So very much. Love the simplicity, cap sleeves - check. Knee length - perfect. Only, I'm an 8-10 and don't want to risk the £50...

Has anyone seen anything like it in the shops at the moment? I am thinking simple evening wear, classic shape... It's just (almost) the perfect dress for me.

Pinky - I love the dress in your post. I am also a size 8/10 and I'm 5 foot 4. The problem I have with dresses like this is how low the neck is. I don't like flashing my cleavage and find a lot of these necklines come way too low. Could you ask the ebay seller to give you the dimensions from shoulder to neck "v"?

I asked for some dimensions:

Hi I'd say it is a true size 8/34 as noted on the label.
armpit to armpit is 86 cm
waist 64 cm
hips 86 cm
