What to wear with my grey skinnys

That is really bought some new grey skinny jeans from Topshop to wear with my biker boots. But what to wear on top?

Am about to order these jeans online? Not bought topshop skinnies before - do I need to size up or are they generous?

I have 2 pairs of baxters both the same size one pair is very snug one not so. But I bought my reg size. You want them to be really rather tight as they do stretch out a bit.
