Seek Help tablets for hair

My hairdresser recommended Seek Help tablets from Holland and Barratt to help hair grow quicker. When Ive looked on their website, they only have the Seek Help tablets for skin.

There is a different brand of tablet for hair, skin and nails at the price the hairdresser mentioned and I just wondered whether these kind of tablets are worth giving a try? Can anything really help hair grow more quickly?

pmsl that s what my dh calls them it is SEAKELP and they seem to be working on my hair which has thinned a lot due to intentional weight loss

it works by the way. my hair fell out loads after both my kids were born and sea kelp really helped it thicken back up again.
