I can't decide which dress would be best, this is for a dinner and disco night with work colleagues..want to dress quite conservatively but also smartish..but not too smart.

I could wear this with a Next silver sheer sequin embelished shrug I have, silver shoes etc. I do have broad shoulders though, so don't think the bandeau style will suit?
