I bought a coat from them. Two weeks later I got an e-mail saying they couldn't fulfill my order (so I bought elsewhere). Then the coat arrived. And now they are sending me e-mails about a credit account that I know I didn't open - I paid by credit card.
I hate store cards and it seems dishonest to send me e-mails about a credit account that we all know I don't have in the hope that I will accidently go to the website and open one. I stopped dealing with Next because of the ludicrous credit account - hate it.
