My eyelashes are falling out in patches, help please!

I have black eyelashes, blue eyes, so it's really quite noticable.

I wear eyeliner, but never mascara. Is there a product around that can help with this?

And any idea why it's happening?

I don't have an answer for this, but didn't want to read and run.

My first thought reading the title was 'make sure you remove all your makeup at night', but if this has just started happening and you haven't changed your skin cream or makeup, then it might be worth seeing your Dr.

Hope you get it sorted, it sounds like it would be quite upsetting.

I agree with YourCall and would add that if you use a cotton bud soaked in extra virgin olive oil every night and apply it to your eyelashes as if it was mascara, it will help your lashes grow.
