flattering stockings/hold ups??

Im off for a swanky night out with my new ish partner and want to impress im a curvy size 14 but i do have wobbly thighs and i want my legs not look horrific, i will fake tan and be smooth - any reccomendations??

If you prefer the real deal, I'd go for stockings over hold-ups. As the proud owner of a pair of wobbly thighs myself , I find that hold-ups tend to dig in and give a nice 'muffin top' look due to their need to, well, hold up! Stockings tend to give yo a smoother finish round the top.
