Bought some clarks boots today at Clarks outlet - DD wore them out of the shop as very excited as i was by the price!! But after a couple of hours in agony!! Have bashed them about a bit on the heel but she is refusing to put them back on and ashe does have blisters coming up!! Can i do anything or how do i stand with clarks as she has worn them? prob not helped as she has lived in Converse all summer!

Did they fit her? If so take them back.
I have had to take shoes back to them twice for my ds which had been worn for a week/fortnight when he started getting red marks on his feet.

Yes they did fit her and they did take their time - they had boots in sizes either side so weren;t just trying to sell! Wasn't sure if i would be able to take them back! Never had this problem before!

Take them back immediately; they will probably be lovely about it.
