long scarves up to £40?

I'm looking for a nice long scarf to wear with my black wool coat, i like to loop them around my neck at least twice so needs to be around 2 metres long, anyone seen anything nice?
ideally only want to spend around £40 but can go higher for the right one.
i don;t mind if its knitted, velvet, jersey etc, more worried about the length. i brought a couple of those cheap 'pashminas' but they aren;t long enough.

Pedlars do a scarf by the metre. Worth a look? Also folksy and etsy.

LOL I just knitted a 10' long one by accident (don't ask)! Was surprised to find it sold v quickly at local craft sale so perhaps I should start making lots of them!

ss - you would probably make a killing with extra long hand knitted scarves.

Zara have some really long ones in at the moment - about £20 each.
