Appliances to add umph to hair

I have dead straight hair which is layered in a choppy bob.
I sometimes use velcro rollers to add a bit more bounce, but as Christmas is coming, wondered if there were any good tongs etc which would do this. Or should I get heated rollers???

A good blast with a hairdryer and you're head upside down always gives my hair some much needed umph.
If I can be bothered I also do heated rollers but my hair is now so long that they dont work so well now.

you're head?
No idea why I did that. Wasnt implying that you are a head at all... Hmm Wink

agree with ferret that you should be able to do it with a hairdryer. I rough dry mine upside down, then when I'm styling it (I straighten) do a lot of flipping from one side to the other which helps to lift the roots.

product is also helpful.

Diffuser attachment for hairdryer.
