Please help me find a black waterfall cardigan

I'm pregnant and need something to wear with loads of outfits, including smart work clothes. I've been looking for a shorter (ie hip length) black waterfall cardigan for a while now. The closest I've got is one from the White Company, but it's dark grey marl and a bit bland. Plus, I feel it would have to be perfect to justify their £70 price tag.

Has anyone seen anything better? It needs to be warm - have seen a few really thin cottony ones around.

where abouts are you, there is a shop in Bromyard in Herefordshire that has these, the brand is something beginning with E...um will go and look at the vest I had from the same make. You could search for a stockist near you?

Am in Hertfordshire. Fingers crossed you remember the name!

I had one from H and M in the summer - about £15 IIRC. Don't know whether they've still got them but worth a look if you're passing.

Don't know if it is a waterfall cardigan but there is a long black one in M&S for £35.

Can I ask what colours you wear dark grey with? I live in jeans (student)- just wondering what colour to team it with so I don't look washed out

Kew do a few - scroll down to see them all. Shorter ones and longer ones. Not sure how warm they are.

Zara?

Clure · 07/11/2010 09:41

onadietcokebreak, I wear my grey cardi with little tunic/dresses. I;ve got a lovely pale blue with little pink flowers on, looks good with this and a grey lacey scarf.

TheNextMrsDepp · 07/11/2010 10:39

Dark grey goes with everything black does, really, just doesn't look quite so "severe".
