Advertising a business? Aternative therapies?

My cousin is a registered reflexologist, bowen therapist and reiki master. She's struggling with advertising so I am trying to help her.

She's got leaflets printed and is getting involved with the local midwife. She's setting up a facebook page but what else could I suggest to her?

She's very good at what she does but either needs more business or has to give up.

Thanks

Some ideas:
You should think about who is the target market. The retired often have more disposable income than is suggested in the media and a friend who has similar business has had good success with them. Perhaps going to give talks/ free events at local bowling clubs, tea dances, WI etc... would drum up some support. It is essential to give loyal customers a bit extra so for every 5 treatments get one half price or free.

If it is pregnant people she is targeting then perhaps she could rent a room in a leisure centre with child care so mums who already have children can get treatments. She could attend local mums and toddlers, advertise to dads as the ideal gift for their partners for Christmas.
I hope this helps and the business is a huge success!
