Hi all,

ALl of a sudden my skin has come over dry, red, itchy...though not peeling. My beloved Dermalogica is doing nothing, it is as if my skin has become sensitized to it. My chest is itching too. Really irritating me.

I think it might be time to try something new. I have dry, sensitive skin (obviously!) that used to be prone to excema! Any recommendations before I spend cash? I was thinking of some of the better No7 stuff as have vouchers (Blush)...anyone tried them?

Thanks!

I wear by Clinique as I used to have bad eczema, I use Youth Surge or super defence. They also have a new range out for red and irritated skin- all on the website

Have you tried just using E45 as a day cream?
I've just started using Bio-oil on my face as nothing was doing the job - might be a bit too perfumed for you though, worth asking friends if they have some you could try.

If your skins really sensitive then Silkstalkings is right, E45 would be a good idea

If you want to spend your Boots vouchers I've got some Protect and Perfect day and night cream and a serum and it's lovely, I would definitely buy it again.

I have eczema and use Clarins. I use the Moisture Quench for dry skin and the face mask in that range is also amazing. They also do a sensitive range aswell if your skin is that bad. Go and have a chat with them they are ususally good at giving out samples Grin, if not they have always told me that they will take back any products that you have a reaction to.
But, it may also be worth going to the Dr's as if your chest is itching too it sounds like an allergic reation or flare up which may need a low steroid cream to clear the actual problem.
