Does anyone have this phase eight dress?

I can't find a pic of it on a model but wondering how it sits, how low it is and how fitted it is? And whether you like it!

I don't have it but I do like it. I know it says on the knee but it looks like it would be just under from the photo.
I would think it is meant to be quite fitted as it has elastane in it.
