Dresses with long sleeves please?

I love this, but it is too expensive. I was hoping to invest in a nice warm winter dress with sleeves - not a sweater dress, something fitted with some structure but in a fabric with a bit of give suitable for dressing up or down etc. Ideally could go in the washing machine - though this may be pushing it a bit far. Has anyone seen anything? Have to go out now but will check back later.

I am wearing a silvery grey long sleeved jersey white co dress today, it's empire line and machine washable but I can't find it online.

some of these are nice if you want to avoid the jersey fabrics. I think you could wear them eve or day depending on shoes - though the prints are a bit jazzy!
