Do hairdressers like it when you take a picture with you?

Got first proper hair appt in 3 years today (normally cut it myself) Feel a bit nervous but think I know what i want.

Do hairdressers like it when you take a picture to show them?
Sorry probably a really stupid question I just don't know what the done thing is.

Absolutely take one! Otherwise you could try and describe it and they will have a completely different picture in their head.
