I used to order a 12 and they always fitted. Recently, since they changed to waist sizes I've ordered a 28 and they've been too loose. My actual waist is about 
a 28 but I have slim hips - boy figure. So, probably a stupid question now I've typed it out, but what waist size to order? What size to other hipless 11s and 12s buy?
