short hair styles

thinking of going for the chop to have less faff in my day. Would like quite long fringe, but short at the back, but all the rage seems to be for long hair these days.
Any images of easy-to-maintain and modern "do"s would be much appreciated... especially those styles that would suit fine hair and a long face!!!
