Make-up counter virgin!

Plucking up all my courage, I visited a make-up counter at John Lewis today. Normally, I wear very little but desperately need to revamp my dowdy image ........ hence my visit to the Clinique counter!! I bought some lipstick and lipliner and feel delighted. I hope to add another couple of products each month so I don't look quite so haggard!!

Take the plunge! I chose Clinique simply because, after wandering around the department, listening to the staff, I was most impressed by this particular sales assistant. She was helpful, understanding and non-judgemental. I'll be going back.
