Suedette boots

Seen some nice suedette knee high boots in new look but how practical is the suedette finish? Are they going to look rubbish as soon as wear them on a wet day? Anyone got any suede boots?

They won't last long, have some suedette boots but only for occasional use, they are ok after getting wet, not waterproof at all though (obv) & would get worn out pretty quick if worn often

oh that's what I thought, suppose I hoped someone would say otherwise! Thanks. There are lots of them in the shops at the mo aren't there? I would wear them a lot I suppose they would be best for occasional use...
