Velvet gloves - short ones

I used to have a lovely pair of stretch velvet gloves that I wore on cold days. Of course eventually I lost one. I've been looking for years both online and in RL for a replacement pair that aren't evening gloves, and don't come with a French Maid's outfit, or some such (not that DH would probably mind).

Has anyone seen any?
