bought a sequined vest style top about a month ago, its been in my wardrobe as I haven't had the chance to wear it yet, although I've tried it on a couple of times to see which bottoms it goes with. Anyway got it out to wear this week and there is a substantially noticable "bald" patch on the bottom of the top, near the front- a lot of the sequins have fallen off. I don;t have the receipt but the tags are still on. What would you do?
