... it is the yellow floral dress on the webite. Rather like it but I am petite and some of their dresses are way too long on me. Could anybody tell me how long it is?

I'm going to John Lewis tomorrow, so will try and remember to have a look for you. Is it me or have Joules really hiked up the prices of their dresses?

Yes, I think the prices have gone up... I have the purple foral dress/tunic from this season and that is a fab fit on me... DHs 40th at new year and I rather like the look of this sunbird dress with opaques and heels - very me. Would need to be not longer than knee length on me

How tall are you? I'm 5'2 if that's any help? I like the look of the purple one but not sure about the empire line on my 32Es!

Belligerent! Def worth giving the purple one a go. Looks good with leggings or tights or skinny jeans. And with a cardigan over the top. I used the 15% discount code so it was quite reasonably priced too.

Am just over 5ft so please let me know how it measures up on you as it will probably be of similar proportions on me.

I have it. I was a bit foxed by the name, because it's called "Lamar", or something, on the website. I'm v. small, barely 5', and overly well-endowed.

It's nice. I wear it with tights. And it comes to somewhere above my knee.

People keep asking if it's vintage, and complimenting it. (Though alas, not me).

Yes, it's deffo above the knee. And it is v pretty but tbh I didn't think it looked worth the price. You can get much nicer dresses elsewhere for that price imo.

Well pay day has arrived and I have managed to get the dress in my size - will pick up from John Lewis tomorrow.

Belligerent - I agree that the price is a bit steep for what it is. But the fit and length on me is great and I know that I will get lots of wear out of it.

Any ideas what to wear with it??
