What if it shrinks in the wash?

I bought a gorgeous long cardigan from Jigsaw in August - £99.

I have just washed it as per the washing instructions and it has shrunk (cool, handwash) - can't get it on now

Do you think there is any point in trying to pursue it and get my money back?

Really? Now the other thing is I bought it on-line - so what can I do? Phone them? How would it work, i don't thave any Jigsaw stores near me.

Call or email customer services and take it from there.

Email their customer services - I've always found jigsaw pretty good to be honest.
