Thanks DebsCee, nothing there to tempt me today then.

But still feeling smug after I snaffled a Winter coat for DS last night at half price!! [hwink]

its very boring today. Still, it saves me some money!

SerendipityAlways · 21/10/2010 22:29

True - but still thrilled with yesterdays buy, thanks again kitty! It was cheaper than the sale!

I know. Absolute bargains. Just wish it applied to the womens coats as well!

SerendipityAlways · 22/10/2010 10:59

Any update on today's deals, please?

terrible. 30% off accessories, 30% off girls tights and dresses and 30% teenage knitwear. Thank god, its pay day!

polyhymnia · 22/10/2010 11:48

On my screen, 'only' 25% of accessories, not 30%. Am I missing something? Even 25% pretty good for scarves, etc as Christmas presents, as well as presents to self!

kittya · 22/10/2010 11:51

yes, you are right. Im not convinced tha £11 is cheap for two pairs of childrens tights though.

Bellebelle · 22/10/2010 12:14

Johnnie B knitwear, womens accessories and mini biden girls dresses and tights today.

NothereisnobodylurkingbehindU · 22/10/2010 12:56

Good quality childrens tights always seem expensive to me but with this catch of the day thing and 15% off from a code on here I have ordered tights for dd3 and dd2 for £19 for four pairs - I think that's pretty good!

kittya · 22/10/2010 16:53

I havent looked at the dresses.

I am tempted by the bags though.

Meggles76 · 22/10/2010 21:19

Have managed to order a couple of bargains over the last couple of days.
Silk tunic from Johnnie B range for myself which I got for £20 in the end
Today I got dress for daughter for £15
Agree with Kittya that £11 is still a lot for the tights though

sleepyhead3 · 22/10/2010 22:11

The tights are still too expensive, although colours look lovely. I am tempted by the leopard print belt though!

kittya · 22/10/2010 22:31

I bought that!Smile even though Im broke.

Im still annoyed I never got any emails, how long has this daily thing been going on for?

The tights are expensive I bought three packs of two in the end because my mum had a £10 voucher.

kittya · 22/10/2010 22:32

I just hope after a couple of glasses of wine, I dont go back for the slouch bag!!

SerendipityAlways · 22/10/2010 23:15

Kittya, I'm here with a glass of wine and have just bcought the navy pop spot bag (Christmas gift for sister) for a fantatic £18! Grin I plan to get a few pressies over the next few days depending on the offers. Great!

OP posts:
kittya · 22/10/2010 23:35

oh, if you look at the home page it says today is the last day!! What did I miss earlier in the week?

Off to look at the spot bag.

SerendipityAlways · 22/10/2010 23:58

Just seen all the spellos in my last message - oh dear! (raises another glass of sauvignon)

Pity that those offers are ending but I feel I've done well. Will wait now for the sale in December I think..

I would feel Ive done well if only Id noticed the 25% code for Whistles as Ive just spent £100 on their site. It kind of cancelled out the Boden bargains.

Damn this wine.

SerendipityAlways · 23/10/2010 00:18

Cheers!!

bloody internet shopping and booze. Lethal.

employmentlawquery · 23/10/2010 05:38

I really agonised over the children's coats, because they were such good value, but I couldn't justify buying another one for DS (He already had a sale puffa jacket in the next size up stashed away). I was also tempted by the fleece lined anoraks, but I think DS would himself prefer something a bit more colourful, and there is an advantage in buying a thinner mac layer to put over light clothes n the summer and warm clothes in winter.

DH and DS have done quite well out of this though, especially on the day when the tops were reduced (the £10 off £30 code worked overtime).

I also have got Xmas pressies for some family members. I have been a little restrained however, as there may well be some very good sales bargains shortly.

kittya · 23/10/2010 11:19

thats the thing, you should only buy things that you need. Im hoping 3 of the six coats I bought get sent back and Im so glad I wont be there when they try them on, otherwise I will melt and tell them to keep them all.

I still would love to know what was on offer at the beginning of the week and why I was never sent an email.

Did you notice at the top of the page when the £10 of £30 code was put in? It said this code can only be used once. Thats new.

iknowanoldlady · 23/10/2010 13:22

Hi, just been reading this thread - how do you find out about these offers? I have ordered from Boden before so am registered, but is there some special secret membership I should know about? Smile
